How does the free trial work?

Aid4Mail operates in trial mode until a license is purchased and the product is activated. In trial mode, all features are available but with the following limitations:

  • A trial mode screen is displayed for 8 seconds each time you start Aid4Mail.
  • Processing is limited to a maximum of 50 messages per mailbox.
  • A numbered trial tag is added to the subject line of exported messages.

These limitations are removed once you purchase a license and activate Aid4Mail.

Aid4Mail offers an option to test an unlimited number of emails during trial mode. This feature is particularly useful for running performance tests.

Click on the “Software” button in Aid4Mail and choose the “Test Unlimited Emails per Folder” option to activate it. When using Aid4Mail Console, add the /NoLimit switch to your command line.

This option removes the 50 emails per folder trial limitation and instead replaces all exported email subject lines with a trial notice. So, for example, your original subject line will be completely removed and then replaced with: "Email converted with Aid4Mail (trial mode removes subject)" as show in the screenshot below:
