Is there a difference between the Setup file for maintenance updates, and the full retail Setup file?

The only difference is that the Setup file for maintenance updates does not include the American and British dictionaries, or the thesaurus. This is because maintenance releases don’t overwrite those files anyway. If for any reason you no longer have the dictionary and thesaurus files, you can download them again for free from the Dictionaries page.
