Yes, if you’re satisfied with an update you can delete any previous Setup files and just backup the latest one. The maintenance update Setup file is all you need to install the full version of NoteTab on a new computer. However it will be missing the American and British dictionaries, and the thesaurus. But you can download these for free from the Dictionaries page.
