How do I migrate my address book and calendar to Outlook?

While Aid4Mail can't migrate your contacts for you, we do recommend a free program called Dawn to do this.

Download Dawn:

About the Dawn program:

To use Dawn, go to "File" and then click on "Open the Wizard". Select "Thunderbird" (or whatever client you're using) as your source and select the folder in which your contacts are stored. Then select "MS Outlook" as your target and click "Finish".

This will convert your Address Book and automatically add them to your Outlook Contacts.

If your email client isn't listed in the wizard, choose to import your address book as a CSV file. To do this, you will first need to export your address book as a CSV file from your email client. Here are the instructions for some popular clients:

Apple Mail

Windows Mail

Aid4Mail also will not migrate your calendar information, but you can move this over by exporting your calendar to an iCalendar and then importing the iCal into Outlook:
