If you have purchased an Aid4Mail Migrator license, you will be contacted by our helpdesk no more than one working day after your purchase.
A support representative will then walk you through the steps required in order to activate Aid4Mail using the offline license key.
Should you experience any delay in a support representative contacting you, please contact our helpdesk with your order number.
If you have purchased an Aid4Mail license other than Migrator that is eligible for an offline license key (e.g. Forensic or Service), you will be first sent a normal activation code via email. In order to exchange your activation code for an offline license key, please contact our helpdesk with your order number.
