Yes! You can use Aid4Mail to migrate your mail to and from GoDaddy as long as your account is configured for IMAP access. For more information, visit the GoDaddy website.
How to export your email from GoDaddy to another mail application if your GoDaddy account is configured for IMAP access:
- Select IMAP in the "Mail Source" screen of Aid4Mail
- Populate the "IMAP Settings" with the following information:
o Server name: imap.secureserver.net
o Port: 993
o Timeout: 90
o Connection security: SSL/TLS
o Namespace: default
o User name: your email address
o Password: your email account password - If configured correctly, you will see a list of your folders in the following screen. Here you can select the mail folders you wish to transfer.
- Follow the Aid4Mail wizard and select your "Target Settings" then start your migration.
To import your mail to GoDaddy from another mail application, follow the steps below:

- Follow the Aid4Mail Wizard and populate the settings for your "Mail Source"
- Select "IMAP" as your "Target" in the "Target Settings"
